HarborView Blinds was absolutely awesome. Ian, the estimator gave us the best price on our blinds and beat every estimate I got which included Home Depot and Costco. They were 30% cheaper. The installer was professional and very fast with the installation. He was very helpful in showing us how to operate and clean the blinds.
